:: THE GALLERY AT EAST ATLANTA TATTOO ::

I was asked to submit to a robot show down at East Atlanta Tattoo's gallery a few months ago. I really dig what I see down there and would love to visit. I hope to get some work down there for their upcoming monkey show. Check them out and visit when I get some work in there. I will post what I can when I send something down again.

:: SANTA CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS ::

I made up some robot ornaments again this year. Here is a sneak peek of a few unfinished pieces. These will be going out to my family and then I will make them available online. Hopefully my family doesn't read my blog today or the surprise will be ruined this year. You can also check out the 2006 ornament.

I will be adding them to my store next week. I realize that it will be post Christmas, but it's never to early to start shopping. Plus, my family always gets first dibs.

:: MERRY CHRISTMAS SECRET SANTA ::

I participated in a Secret Santa even this year on Digitalwebbing.com. My secret santa was a big fan of Opus and Bill, so I belted out this fun piece. I remember watching their TV specials as a kid and reading Bloom in the paper. Unfortunately, I never got my hands on any of the collections, but I hear they are great. I wish you all a happy and safe holiday season.

I always have to push my favorite podcast, Secret Identity. I'm listening to issue #90.5. Head on over there and check it out.

:: MY SUBMISSION TO THE ARTGASM ::

Well, it was only a matter of time that the Artgasm at myspace would give us another challenge. My buddies Jason and Chris started this site to stimulate their fellow artist buddies. So! I keep tossing them some picts when I can. I had the time so I belted this out in a couple minutes and launched it their way!

I have a few friends who aren't that into the book, but I'm a quirky guy looking for something outside of the comic book box. Check it out today and read up. It's a lot of fun and the characters are really cool. That's why I drew Choopie over there on the left. I plan on watercoloring him - by the way...

:: I'M DESIGNING T.J. MAY'S NEW WEBSITE ::

For those of you who don't know my brother T.J. and his writing, please check out his new website which is under construction. It will probably be in flux for quite some time while we figure out exactly what we want to do with that space. But for now, you can see what he's done, where he's going and what he's doing now.

:: I AM THE BUSINESS MANAGER FOR ANDY ANDREWS OF GHOST HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL ::

Yes. It's really true. Andy is a buddy of mine and I'm going to help him out with all of the stuff he doesn't have time for while he's shooting ridiculous hours of his, soon-to-be, hit reality TV show. I'll be doing things like his dry cleaning, lawn mowing - just kidding.

As many of you know I go to a lot of conventions and I meet a LOT of people. I also dabbled in my own self-publishing venture with my brother T.J. with SUMM Publications. I've made T-shirts, created properties and done every facet of comicbook creation. This is why I want to have some fun with Andy. I hope to bring his fans a ton of fun merchandise, signings, appearances, lectures and much more. For now, just check out Andy's site and look for updates here. If I do any designs or start making merchandise I will post up the graphics here.

:: ROBOT CREATION IS EVOLVING ::

I just painted this robot holding a pineapple. You may not know this, but the pineapple can be a symbol of hospitality. Perfect for the Holidays wouldn't you say?

As I work on Mr. Phelps Space Detective, I paint a few robots here and there to take a break. Most of these robots are being stock-piled for NYCC and possibly MOCA. I will be posting some of my favorites while I work. If you see something that you have to own, please contact me.

:: My Largest Robot Painting Yet ::

This is a very large robot painting that I completed just before the Big Apple Convention. I didn't bot bring it with me because it is about four feet wide. It is acrylic on hand stretched canvas. If anyone is interested in purchasing the piece, please contact me.

:: NEW TYPE OF ROBOT PAINTINGS ::

I'm constructing a new home page at the moment. Please be patient. I will soon have a newly designed store as well as galleries. I will be able to update the site more frequently with this fun blog.
